A single-mass vibrating screen comprises a single-mass ultra-wide multilayer screen-surface screen box (1), a split-type large-span vibration exciter (2) that is installed in a seat-plug manner, a silicon oil damping vibration attenuation spring (3), slurry backward excitation devices (4, 5), an energy-saving life-extension automatic hardware-software control system (7) and a machine base (8). By adopting the ultra-wide multilayer screen box, the processing capacity of the slurry is increased, and the solid-liquid separation flow is increased; by adopting the split-type large-span vibration exciter, the stress of the vibration exciter and the screen box is improved, and the vibrating screen is not limited by the width of the screen box; the vibration exciter is installed in a seat-plug manner, and a tensile bolt and an anti-shear bolt are adopted, so the loosening of the bolts can be effectively prevented; the screen box is installed on the base by means of the silicon oil damping vibration attenuation spring, so that vibration attenuation and noise reduction can be better carried out; by adopting the energy-saving life-extension automatic hardware-software control system, two or more vibration exciters can be alternately powered on and off according to the requirement, so that the electric power can be effectively saved, and a motor in the vibration exciter can be protected and the service life thereof is prolonged; and by adopting the slurry backward excitation devices, the processing capacity and the processing effect of materials can be further increased, and the self-cleaning effect of the screen surface can be improved. |
