A cab turnover mechanism and a vehicle. The turnover mechanism comprises a torsion bar, an adjustment arm (2), a first support (1) and a second support (5). A first end of the torsion bar passes through a mounting hole (11) in the first support (1) and is connected to a first end of the adjustment arm (2). A second end of the torsion bar is mounted on the second support (5). The first support (1) is provided with an arc-shaped gear guide structure. A one-way gear (22) engaged with the gear guide structure is mounted on a second end of the adjustment arm (2). The turnover mechanism can ensure that pre-stored torque is adjustable and meanwhile accurately control the value of the pre-stored torque. The vehicle has the turnover mechanism. |
