The present invention relates to a device and method for dynamically controlling an IT ecosystem supporting global adaptation, the method for controlling an IT ecosystem, comprising: receiving an input of a requirement, states of participating systems, and a constraint condition relating to an environment, so that the participating systems included in the IT ecosystem can perform a task suitable for a given situation to adapt to the situation; and dynamically modifying structures of the participating systems such that a component or behavior corresponding to the requirement or constraint condition is added in order to adapt to the newly input requirement or constraint condition; wherein at least one participating system among the participating systems included in the IT ecosystem controls a collaboration group to be determined as a team leader for performing global adaptation, and selects team members, each of which performs a local adaptation in order to perform a given goal by utilizing its own capability according to the team leader's control, so as to determine a combination of the participating systems. |
