PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refilling pouch container which, during refilling work, steadily keeps a state in which a nozzle is inserted in an insertion portion of a pouring container, and allows content material to be easily recharged in the pouring container without spilling.SOLUTION: In a refilling pouch container 1, an upper sealed portion 3, a pair of side sealed portions 4 and 5, and a nozzle forming portion 7A having an inner channel, are formed. The nozzle forming portion 7A has a channel 70 between an upper depression part 31 and a side depression part 41, and is cut along a cut guide line 71 to form a nozzle 7 having a spout on a front end thereof. The nozzle 7 has a linear outer edge 7a on an upper sealed portion side. A first straight line L1 connecting the deepest part 42 of the side depression part and one end 73b of the front end of the nozzle, and a second straight line L2 parallel to the linear outer edge 7a form an angle θ1 that is equal to or smaller than 30 degrees.
