PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation device, a simulation method, and a program that can facilitate an examination of a treatment policy using an intracorporeally retained-type tubular treatment tool that is retained in the body of a patient.SOLUTION: A simulation device 1 includes a database 10, a matching processing part 20, a fitting processing part 30 and a display part 40. The database 10 stores past information and past cases concerning a stent graft treatment, and also stores a result of selection by the matching processing part 20. The matching processing part 20 selects the specification of a stent graft suitable for an affected area of a patient based on the information stored in the database 10 and a three-dimensional blood vessel model. The fitting processing part 30 synthesizes the stent graft of the specification selected by the matching processing part 20 and the three-dimensional blood vessel model, and generates three-dimensional data as a treatment result prediction diagram. |
