PURPOSE:To easily bring powder into sufficient contact with atmospheric gas and to efficiently heat treat the powder by employing a vibration conveyor as transporting means, and laminating a plurality of stages of transporting faces. CONSTITUTION:Vibration transporting plates 5, 6 are integrally finely vibrated by a vibration source 7. Accordingly, powder continuously supplied from supply hoppers 1, 2 to one end of each of the plates 5, 6 through supply plates 3, 4 is moved to an outlet side while being vibrated by the operation of the source 7, and collected by a discharge hopper 25 through a discharge chute 24. The powder is heat treated in a gas atmosphere in the steps of vibrating and transporting on the plates 5, 6. Its heating temperature is regulated by a plurality of electric heaters 17, 18 provided at the tops of the plates 5, 6. Since the gas is charged from a nozzle into a powder layer on the plates 5, 6, the powder attain a gas atmosphere. The powder is vibrated on the plates 5, 6 to attain a more desirable gas atmosphere. |
