PURPOSE:To execute signal switching for setting a focus by a small number of switch contacts by providing M pieces of first matrix switches having K pieces of input terminals and R pieces of output terminals, and R pieces of second matrix switches having M pieces of input terminals and P pieces of output terminals. CONSTITUTION:A receiving signal obtained by an n-th vibrator is subjected to wiring by a first wiring group 60 so as to be led to an input terminal of an [(n-1/K+1)]-th first matrix switch 30. Subsequently, output terminals of M pieces of switched 30 and input terminals of R pieces of switches 40 are subjected to wiring by a second wiring group 70 so that R pieces of signals outputted from R pieces of output terminals of each switch 30 are distributed by one piece each to R pieces of second matrix switches 40. Next, the output terminal of the switch 40 and an input terminal of a delay adding means 50 are connected by a third wiring group 80 so that a signal outputted from a p-th output terminal of an r-th switch 40 is inputted to a (p-1)XR+r-th input signal of the means 50. |
