PURPOSE:To lessen a mounting data change in labor hour by a method wherein the reel number of mounting data is automatically changed when electronic parts of new type to feed are changed in position on a feed table and in reel number. CONSTITUTION:Mounting data component arrangement data, and part library data are stored in a RAM 43. Furthermore, a conversion table region is provided to the RAM 43, and the conversion table is composed of an old region and a new region, and the reel numbers of component arrangement data are stored in the regions respectively. When a new region is changed so as to make the adjacent reel numbers in both the regions indicate the same component ID, the reel number of the same component in the old region is transferred, and a table is automatically formed. Then, a CPU 41 reads out a reel number for each step number of mounting data, and the reel number of the step number of mounting data is changed to an adjacent reel number in a new region. |
