PURPOSE:To enable a superconductive magnet which reduces eddy current loss generated inside to be obtained at low cost by forming a low electric resistor film over the surface of an inner tank container by flame spray. CONSTITUTION:An inner tank container 2 of a superconducting magnet is manufactured from a plate member 3 such as a stainless steel plate that is an intensifying member, and its surface is provided with a low electric resistor film 4 formed by flame spray so as to stretch integrally with a plate member 3 such as a stainless steel member. For reduction of eddy current loss generated inside the superconducting magnet, the low electric resistor film 4 is formed after the inner tank container 2 is manufactured from the plate member 3 such as a stainless steel plate, and working cost for it can be reduced. |
