PURPOSE:To improve the production efficiency of a dicing saw by changing the range of reciprocation along the angle, at which a base material like a bar is held, at the time of cutting out a magnetic head from the base material by the dicing saw. CONSTITUTION:A grinding blade 11 is supported by supporting parts 111 and 112, and base material of magnetic head as material to be worked is arranged with the inclination of an azimuth angle on a placing base 12 and are held. The placing base can be moved in directions of three axes to the grinding blade 11 by a moving mechanism 13. The moving mechanism 13 calculates its own locus in accordance with the work instruction inputted from the external by a control part 14, and a driving signal is so outputted that it is moved along this locus. Thus, the production efficiency of the rotary head cutting dicing saw is improved. |
