PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain ionophore and a sensitive film that are not affected by a coexisting substance when measuring a sample that has a high selectivity and is originated from an organism by adjusting ionophore for sodium ion selective electrode made of a specific chemical compound and a sodium ion selective sensitive film made of a specific chemical compound. SOLUTION: Ionophore should be alkyl group expressed by a general expression 1 or either group expressed by an expression 2. R<1> and R<2> in the generation expression 1 are independent each other and are hydrogen or alkyl groups with 1-18 carbons and R<3> is alkyl group with 1-6 carbons. Also, R<4> in the expression 2 is alkyl group with 1-6 carbons and n is an integer ranging from 1 to 3. The substance is ionophore for sodium ion selective electrode made of a chemical compound expressed by the expression 1 and the expression 2 and sodium ion selective sensitive film made of a thermoplastic resin. Further, the electrode is a sodium ion selective electrode where an inner standard liquid and an inner standard electrode are incorporated in a container whose one portion is constituted of a sensitive film, thus achieving an improved sensitivity and preventing the influence of protein. |
