Partially prefabricated reinforced concrete construction element

A partially prefabricated reinforced concrete construction element has a prefabricated hollow concrete part (B2) with one or more gutter-forming walls (9,11) forming the visible surface of the element, and a metallic reinforcing cage (C2). The reinforcement (C2) is rigidly joined to the hollow part (B2) and projects beyond the hollow part. Pref. joining is effected by an internal coating of cold polymerisable resin e.g. epoxy resin on the hollow part (B2).
