PURPOSE:To restrict the relative movement of an air bag door in the direction that a base material layer, a foamed layer and a facing layer are piled up, and in the vertical direction with respect to the ornamental surface of an instrument panel by performing the positioning of the air bag door in the parallel direction with respect to the ornamental surface of the instrument panel in the base material layer not affected by thermal contraction. CONSTITUTION:The instrument panel 16 and the air bag door 20 are made up of each facing layer, each foamed layer, and of each base material layer. A positioning means 1 is provided for the base material layer 24 of the air bag door 20. The positioning means 1 is brought into contact therewith in such a way as to be faced to the contraction direction of the air bag door 20 or the instrument panel 16. This constitution thereby does not allow the air bag door 20 to be relatively moved, and thereby allows no rattle to occur even if there is a gap between the door facing 26 of the air bag door 20 and the facing 32 of the instrument panel while these facings are affected by thermal contraction due to their variation with time.
