PURPOSE:To reduce work of boiling noodles in a restaurant, etc., by automating processes of throwing noodles into boiling baskets and of supplying the boiled noodles to noodle bowls. CONSTITUTION:The noodle boiler has a noodle boiling part (1) which has boiling baskets rotatably installed inside a hot-water tank, a noodle stock part (2) in which noodles are stored separately by a prescribed volume, and its rotation mechanism. Each prescribed volume of noodles is to be thrown into a boiling basket when the noodle stock part (2) is rotated to a prescribed position. In addition, by establishing an automatic supply line of noodle bowls, the process can be continued connected with a soup supply line to noodle bowls. |
