CONTROL OF WEIGHT DISTIRIBUTION IN NONWOVEN FABRIC PRODUCING PROCESS

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a method for automatically controlling weight distribution by judging weight-distributing state in a nonwoven fabric producing process. CONSTITUTION: In producing a nonwoven fabric in a state in which single spindle webs are adjacent to each other, a reference threshold value to total average weight is set and weight distribution in width direction is measured and differentiated. Thereby, local average weight having prescribed right and left widths centering 0 point is calculated and compared with reference threshold value and operating factor and operating amount are controlled according to the difference. The nonwoven fabric having uniform weight can automatically and stably be produced.
