PURPOSE: To provide a method capable of producing an artificial stone having uniform luster on the surface and excellent strength. CONSTITUTION: This method for producing an artificial stone comprises a blending process for mixing a broken material of natural stone with natural sand and a binder to form a mixture, a hardening process for hardening the mixture to give a hardened material, an impregnating process for impregnating the hardened material with a monomer and a polymerizing process for thermally polymerizing the impregnated monomer.
