PURPOSE: To easily, stably and inexpensively produce a PVA resin film free from coloration or blocking without requiring a drying process. CONSTITUTION: A water-containing polyvinyl alcohol resin prepared by compounding water with a polyvinyl alcohol resin so that an equilibrium moisture absorbing ratio under a 20 deg.C.65%RH condition becomes 50-100wt.% is used to be subjected to inflation molding at a die temp. of 180 deg.C or lower.
