PURPOSE: To provide a bending rule-containing plastic sheet capable of preventing the generation of a crack at a rule side part when the plastic sheet is bent along a bending rule. CONSTITUTION: A bending rule-containing plastic sheet 14A has the first bending rule part 25 formed to one surface of a sheet 14 in a recessed shape and the second bending rule part 26 formed to the other surface of the sheet in a protruding shape corresponding to the first bending rule part 25 as a bending rule 15 and the depth dimension D of the recessed part 27 of the first bending rule part 25 is less than the thickness of the sheet.
