PURPOSE: To provide a scissors grinding device capable of easily and correctly grinding the face blade of the scissors even when an operator is not skilled, greatly reducing the grinding time, and improving the working efficiency. CONSTITUTION: In a scissors grinding device 1, a fixing tool 8 for fixing the scissors 10 which is provided with a fixing screw 8a, an adjustment screw 8b for adjusting the position, and a guide plate 8c is fitted on a pedestal 9. A blade tip 16 is brought close to the blade line 1 of the scissors 10 to be fixed to the fixing tool 8 at the angleα=25.5 deg., and a guide shaft 6 around the line tilted downward by 24 deg. is fitted to the pedestal 9 through a bracket 7. A slider 5 which is slidable in the axial direction and turnable around the axis is provided on the guide shaft 6, an L-shaped arm 4 is turnably fitted to the slider 5, and a deformed hexahedron grinding tool 2 is turnably fitted to the tip part of the L-shaped arm 4. Four sides of the grinding tool 2 are different from each other where the face blade of the scissors 10 can be ground by changing the grinding angle. |
