CONSTITUTION: A powdery solidification accelerating material 3 reacting with muddy water or mud to accelerate the solidification thereof is sealed in an inner bag 2 formed from a water-soluble material and the inner bag 2 is packed with an outer bag 4 formed from a material having durability and humidity resistance to obtain a package for accelerating the solidification of muddy water.
