摘要 PURPOSE: To correct an optical axis angle accurately at all times without hindrance practically. CONSTITUTION: A light received from an opposite party equipment is partly received by optoelectric transducer elements 21a-21d being four division of an optical axis angle error detection system 20 each comprising a half mirror via an optical axis regulation drive mechanism section and converted into a current signal, the signal is converted into voltage signals Va-Vd by current- voltage converters 22a-22d. Then the voltage signals Va-Vd are limited to be a prescribed lower limit or over as voltage signals Va'-Vd' by lower limit circuits 23a-23d, and error voltages Vx, Vy in X and Y directions are calculated by arithmetic circuits 24a-24f to obtain an angle deviation signal. The optical axis angle drive control section controls the optical axis regulation drive mechanism section based on the angle deviation signal to correct the deviation in the optical axis angle.
