<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bipolar transistor circuit having a free collecter terminal by the addition of a specified circuit by constituting the circuit of 1st and 2nd specific bipolar transistors(TRs), a transconductor and 1st and 2nd MOS TRs. SOLUTION: First power supply voltage VDD is impressed to the collector terminals of respective bipolar TRs Q1, Q2 and their base terminals are mutually connected. The emitter terminals of the TRs Q1, Q2 are connected to two input terminals of the transconductor 1. A MOS TR M5 connects its gate terminal to the output terminal of the transconductor 1, connects its drain terminal to the emitter terminal of the TR Q2 and connects its source terminal to 2nd power supply voltage VSS. A MOS TR 6 connects its gate terminal to the gate terminal of the MOS TR M5 and connects its source terminal to the 2nd power supply voltage VSS. The MOS TR M6 generates a drain current proportional to a drain current generated by the MOS TR M5.</p> |
