PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a newly improved digital processor and its operation testing method by providing connecting parts, etc., which receives a memory access signal from an external processor and can performs external access. SOLUTION: An integrating digital processor 10 is adaptive to the usage of an external memory 12 and is provided with plural digital processor circuits 14 and a memory access mediating circuit 16 judging which one of the circuits 14 is accessed to the memory 12 at an optional moment. The integrating digital processor device is provided with the connecting parts 36, 38 and 40 being external access possible, which are respectively connected to the memory access line, the data line and the address line of the external processor 42. Thus, the processor 10 is operated together with a microprocessor being more universal and access to the memory 12 and access by the processor circuits 14 are mediated by the internal mediating circuit 16. |
