<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate curvature work of a heating mat and set for molding so as to improve working efficiency by arranging a frame part formed by a material for facilitating plastic deformation such as synthetic resin, metal, shape memory synthetic resin, and shape memory alloy, on an outer rim part of the heating mat for forming an electric fusing joint. SOLUTION: In a heating mat 1 which consists of a base material 2 and a frame part 3, a heating conductive wire 5 is buried in a groove formed on one surface of the base material 2. The frame part 3 formed by a material formed for facilitating plastic deformation such as synthetic resin, is formed in a ring shape by extrusion molding. The heating mat 1 is bent in a prescribed curvature diameter according to a curvature diameter on an inner circumferential surface of an electric fusing joint 11. The electric fusing joint 11 is formed in such a way that the heating mat 1 is set to a molding for forming the electric fusing joint 11 and insert molding is carried out, however, since the curvature shape of the heating mat 1 is held by the frame part 3, molding yield can be improved without returning the heating mat 1 in an original state after molding.</p> |
