<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a relay terminal and directly connect the tab of a bus bar with the tab of a mounting part by providing the tab, bent from the bus bar with a pressure-welding groove, and pressure-welding the tabs of mounting parts. SOLUTION: A integrated fuse 10 has tabs 21a, 21g, and 21h project at narrow regular pitches P from the bottom of the case, and in addition the tabs 21a and 21a on power source connection side of two sets of conductors accommodated in the case are made to adjoin each other at the center, and on both its sides, tabs 21g and 21h or load side are projected side by side at the same pitch so as to be arranged. Then, mounting the integrated fuse 10 on the electrical connection box, having accommodated bus bars 1-5, and inserting the tabs 21a, 21g, and 21h makes the tabs 21a and 21a on power connection side at the center press-fitted in the pressure-welding grooves 1g and 1h of the vertical walls 1c and 1d on both sides of a bend 1a of the bus bar 1. As a result, the tabs projected in parallel at narrow pitches from the case of the mounting parts can be connected, not through the bus bar accommodated in the electrical connection box and relay terminal.</p> |
