<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication terminal devices and a communication method by which only limited persons such as members of a family are allowed to use data. <P>SOLUTION: A first communication terminal device is provided with a position information obtaining means for obtaining its own position information when it receives data, an information adding means for adding its obtained position information to the received data and a transmission means for transmitting the data containing the added information to a second communication terminal device which is the forwarding destination. The second communication terminal device is provided with a receiving means for receiving the data, a position information obtaining means for obtaining its own position information when it receives the data, a data usability judging means which determines whether the data can be used or not by comparing its obtained position information with the position information contained in the received data and a control means for controlling the data in a usable or nonusable state according to the result of determination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
