PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce program development/maintenance man-hour by generating document control information, layout control information, coordinate control information and extraction condition information as definition information. SOLUTION: As a definition information file 100, a control level information file 101, a sorting order information file 102, a row/column information file 103, an item editing information file 104, a coordinate line control information file 105, a coordinate index information file 106 and an extraction condition information file 107 are provided. A definition information input means 111 prepares the definition of the definition information file 100 and inputs the information of the definition file 100 as an input parameter and thus, an analysis/editing/output means 116 extracts the user data of a slip preparation request object from a document generation object data file 108, performs analysis/editing and generates basic data to become document output data. A general purpose document output means 117 outputs a bill 118 by editing/outputting the basic data. |
