The internal part (1) of the cap satisfies one or more of these requirements: sealing, screw attachment, inviolability and external characterization. The external part (6), in a second material, includes the shell (7) providing rigidity and allowing manipulation. The second material covers the first in part, or completely. An Independent claim is included for the method of making the cap. The interior is injected first. The hollow core mold is hard, microporus and allows cooling by liquid CO2. Following injection and mold displacement, the outer part is injected and further cooling takes place. An ejector removes the cap, assisted by liquid gas passing through the mold. Preferred features: The internal part includes sealing surfaces. The external part has internal screw-on threads (2) and carries the tamper-proofing section. In a variant, the internal part includes the threads and the anti-tamper ring (3) attached by frangible bridging sections (5), whilst the external part also carries sealing surfaces. These project through the top of the inner part. A further variant is described. A ring of the internal plastic protrudes through an annular aperture in the outer plastic of the top cap, with a clearance of a few tenths of a millimeter on either side. It characterizes the cap in terms of shape and/or color (e.g. as a logo). Internal and external sections are in different colors.
