PURPOSE: A culturing method of mushrooms, which applies a mixture of chitosan and shiitake mushroom spawn to the mushroom tree is provided to prevent the occurrence of various germs and get high quality mushrooms in all seasons with low cost. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the following steps : (i) preparing shiitake tree by cutting oak tree into a size of 90-120cm and piling up the trees in a well-ventilated space ; (ii) preserving shiitake spawns at 3deg.C with keeping the spawns clean ; (iii) mixing the mushroom spawn with chitosan in a ratio of 1:0.002 ; (iv) getting formed spawns by culturing the mixture at 18-20deg.C for 7days for taking roots ; and then (v) inoculating the formed spawns to the oak tree as shiitake tree. |
