PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure reducing valve type pilot valve capable of realizing blockage of opening parts without forming screws on the opening parts to a housing wall of an oil passage. SOLUTION: This pressure reducing valve type pilot valve is furnished with a housing 10A having a pump port 5, a tank port 4 and an output port 6, four sliding holes 20A, etc., provided on this housing 10A and communicated to the pump port 5 and the tank port 4, a spool 27A, etc., inserted into these sliding holes 20A, etc., and to communicate the output port 6 to the pump port 5 or the tank port 4, plugs with O rings 40, 41, 42, 43 to block the four opening parts of the opening parts of first oil passages 22A, 22B to communicate the tank port 5 and the sliding holes 20A, 20B to each other and the opening parts of second oil passages 24A, 24B to communicate the pump port 4 and the sliding holes 21A, 21B to each other, a plate body 44 free to cover these plugs 40-43 and a bolt 45 to fasten this plate body 44 on the housing 10A.
