PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building provided with a Ferris wheel capable of reducing total construction cost by solving a problem of an installation area for supporting columns for the Ferris wheel, and eliminating stress loaded on the body of the building in the building having the Ferris wheel at an upper part of the building. SOLUTION: In this building provided with the Ferris wheel composed of foundations 20 for a building main body disposed at a specified interval, and the Ferris wheel constructed on foundations 23 for the Ferris wheel constructed as a separate body from the foundations 20 for the building main body, the foundations 20 for the building main body are constructed without formation of a foundation footing or coupling by an underground beam, the foundation 23 for the Ferris wheel is disposed between the foundation 20 for the building main body and the foundation 20 for the building main body on the same ground surface, both are coupled with each other by an underground beam 27, the building provided with a landing port to the Ferris wheel is constructed on the foundation 20 for the building main body, and the supporting columns for supporting the Ferris wheel are constructed on the foundations 23 for the Ferris wheel, thereby the building and the Ferris wheel are formed in a separation state.
