PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary toilet which can be easily fixed to a load- carrying platform of a truck, and of which height can be lowered at the time of transport. SOLUTION: A frame body 7 can be provided between a ceiling part 2 and a box main body 1, and gas springs 3 are elongated to rotate the frame body 7 around its rear end edge to rise with the ceiling part 2, while the ceiling part 2 is rotated around its forward end edge to rise above the frame body 7. As the ceiling part 2 rises, bellows sheets 4 shield gaps formed between the box-shaped main body 1 and the frame body 7, and between the frame body 7 and the ceiling part 2.
