PURPOSE: A method for producing aminoalkyl sulfatoethyl sulfone is provided to produce the compound by using only a stirrer, which has a purity higher than conventional compounds in a yield of 80% or more. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) stirring di-tert-butyldicarbonate with 2-aminoalkylthiol at 15 to 40 deg.C so that amine in 2-aminoalkylthiol is substituted with di-tert-butyldicarbonate to form a compound of formula 1; (ii) stirring the compound of formula 1 with 2-bromoethanol at 30 deg.C for 2 to 5 hours to separate phases, followed by filtrating and vaporizing to form a compound of formula 2; (iii) stirring the compound of formula 2 with hydrogen peroxide at 30 to 80 deg.C for 1 to 3 hours and removing the solvent to form a compound of formula 3; and (iv) stirring the compound of formula 3 with chlorosulfonic acid at 20 to 50 deg.C and removing the solvent to form aminoalkyl sulfatoethyl sulfone of formula 4. In the formulae 1, 2, 3 and 4, R is a hydrogen or an alkyl group; R1-6 are hydrogen, halogen, alkyl, benzyl, alkoxy or SO3H group; and n is 0 or 1.
