<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-track carriage system in which carriages can run smoothly even on a track with branching. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a pair of rails 140a and 140b on a track 120 of which the wheels 23 of a carriage 13 run. In this system, a slit 60a is formed between the rails 140a and 140b so as to enable the carriage 13 to pass through it. A slit 60a is formed so that, in a branching section 14a, at least a part of each of the corners of the rails 140a and 140b on the side of the slit 60a is formed smoothly, the strength of each rail 140a and 140b is made larger than that in a non-branching section, at least either the wheels 23 or auxiliary wheels provided under the carriage 13 can run on the rails 140a and 140b and, in the non-branching sections, only the wheels 23 can run on the rails 140a and 140b.</p> |
