MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ELASTIC POLE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an elastic pole capable of corresponding to various shape demands and being manufactured at a low cost.

SOLUTION: The elastic pole comprises a cylindrical core body consisting of a thermoplastic resin capable of utilizing the resin property (thermoplasticity) to enable bending work by heating and a shock wave absorbing buffer material having elasticity coating the outer circumferential surface of the core body, a spiral groove 6 as a means for decreasing bending rigidity in advance is formed in a bending site of the core body, a rubber-made flexible pipe is inserted in a hollow section of the core body 3 to supply hot water to the inside thereof, and the bending work is applied in a heating state to make it as a required shape.
