<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe used in common as a container whose cost for manufacturing is reduced by integrally structuring a cylinder and a finger grip of synthetic resin and simply mounting a coming-off preventing means for a stopper. <P>SOLUTION: In the syringe 1 used in common as the container, a mounting hole 4b of a larger diameter than the inner diameter of the cylinder 2 is bored at the rear end of the finger grip 4 integrally formed at the cylinder 2 made of synthetic resin, a synthetic resin coming-off preventing member for the stopper having an insertion hole 7c of a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the cylinder 2 and larger than the shaft of a plunger rod 6 has its annular member 7a mounted to the mounting hole 4b, and an engaging means 8 for preventing the annular member 7a from being detached from the mounting hole 4b after being mounted to the mounting hole 4b.
