PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery in which a first battery container 5 and a second battery container 6 respectively made of flexible sheet are doubled by interposing air for pressure 7 whereby the generating element 1 is sufficiently pressed even in a reduced-pressure environment to prevent degradation of battery performance. SOLUTION: This is a battery in which a sealed battery having the first battery container 5 made of aluminum laminate sheets 51, 52 is airtightly housed in a second battery container made of resin laminate sheets 61, 62.
