PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose and check the charging state under or before charging of each battery, comprising a battery pack. SOLUTION: A first operation configuration, where series connection of battery elements (5, 6, 7) is arranged by a switching means, and battery elements (5, 6, 7) supply energy to an electronic device (2).
