A coiler support device (26) is pivotally connected to one horizontal axis (50) on a support rod (44) connected to an actuator (42). The support device also has another horizontal axis (58) connected to one end of a prop (60). The other end of the prop is pivotally connected to another horizontal axes (62) on another support rod (54) connected to another actuator (52). The actuators are operated to the tilt the support device to any of the horizontal axes (50,58,62).
