PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladle holder readily attachable to a fishing bucket without forming a large dead space in the fishing bucket. SOLUTION: The ladle holder 10 is constituted so as to be attached to the fishing bucket 2 and hold the ladle 1. A holder body 20 of the ladle holder 10 is formed in a cylinder in which a cap 12 of the ladle 1 can be fitted and held. The back surface part 21 of the holder body 20 opposite to a corner 3 of the fishing bucket 2 is molded following along the shape of the corner 3. A fixing tool 30 for fixing the holder body 20 to the corner 3 is equipped with a base 31 and an acting part 32. The base 31 is molded following along the shape of the back surface part 21 and is fixed to the rear surface part 21. The corner 3 of the fishing bucket 2 is inserted by the base 31 and the acting part 32 which collaborates with the base 31.
