PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut only a tape by continuously separating a pasted sheet and a design tape formed in a roll by attaching the pasted sheet to the adhesive surface of an adhesive tape applied with printing. SOLUTION: This design tape cutter is formed as a structure having a cutter 9 by installing a roller 3 and a pressurizing weight 4 by connecting an arm 1 to a bearing metal 5 fixed to a dispenser by a shaft of a knurled roller 2.
