PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film winding roller the defect of which caused by a height difference is eliminated and cleaning having excellent cleaning performance. SOLUTION: An elastic rubber layer 2 of sponge rubber is formed on the outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical core 1, and a synthetic resin tube 3 is installed thereon. An adhesive agent layer 4 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of a tube 3. Since the sponge rubber is elastically deformable and has comparatively small elastic repulsion, the winding end of a film is pushed into the sponge rubber layer, and stress strain caused by the height difference is prevented from being generated. Since a nylon tube is placed on the outer peripheral surface of the sponge rubber layer, irregularities of the sponge rubber are removed, and a flat outer peripheral surface similar to a mirror surface can be formed.
