PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fluorine-containing polyether oligomer, which is curable without requiring fluorine-containing organo hydrogen siloxane compound including Si-H coupling, is excellent in heat resistance, low-temperature characteristics, chemical resistance, and moldability, and provides cured matter with improved mechanical strength; and to provide a manufacturing method thereof, and curable composition containing the same. SOLUTION: Fluorine-containing polyether represented by a general formula R<SP>2</SP>O<SB>2</SB>BC<SB>6</SB>H<SB>4</SB>NR<SP>1</SP>CORfCONR<SP>1</SP>C<SB>6</SB>H<SB>4</SB>BO<SB>2</SB>R<SP>2</SP>is reacted with m- or p-dihalogenated benzene to provide fluorine-containing polyether oligomer. With the fluorine-containing polyether oligomer, 1,3,5-trihalogenated benzene, organic palladium compound, and basic inorganic or organic compound (and organic phosphorus compound) are blended to form curable fluorine-containing polyether oligomer composition.
