PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination control apparatus which can obtain a comfortable illumination environment by controlling luminance and color temperature of illumination, based on a detected signal by an infrared image sensor. SOLUTION: The illumination control apparatus 1 is provided with: a light source portion 10 which can change luminance and color temperature; an infrared image sensor 20 which photographs a predetermined range of an illumination environment; and a controlling portion 30 which analyzes a temperature status of the illumination environment and controls at least one of the luminance or the color temperature of the light source portion, based on the analysis results.
