PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit for acceleration sensor capable of reducing the chip size. SOLUTION: A sensor unit 10 is connected with an acceleration sensor 1 for detecting acceleration values Ax, Ay and Az in the X, Y and Z directions, respectively. The sensor unit 10 comprises a TCO (temperature coefficient offset) circuit 12 for sequentially generating temperature coefficient values TCx, TCy and TCz for correcting acceleration values Ax, Ay and Az, respectively, and an output circuit 14 for generating acceleration signals Xout, Yout and Zout, by sequentially correcting the acceleration values Ax, Ay and Az using one corresponding value from among these temperature coefficient values TCx, TCy and TCz.
