PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal image sensor dispensing with the use of any additional heat-controlling systems. SOLUTION: The thermal image sensor 100 includes: one pixel matrix 102, where each pixel has at least one bolometer 112 and a means for applying voltage to the terminal of the bolometer 112; and a comparison means 106 for connecting output 104 of the pixel matrix 102 to input 108 of the means for applying voltage to the terminal of the bolometer 112 of each pixel and comparing the output signal of the pixel matrix 102 with a reference value.
