An ultrasonic bone density measurement device is provided to the reliability of measurement by fixing a foot to a measurement position firmly in regardless of the subject movement. An ultrasonic bone density measurement device includes a body(110), a foothold(111), a measurement variable member(112), and calf support(113). An ultrasonic measurement unit is formed to face both sides of the body. The foothold is installed on the one side of the body and distinguishes the size of the foot at the measurement position while fixing the foot of the subject. The measurement position variable member surrounds a heel and achilles tendon of the foot. The calf support is installed at one side of the body to be rotated while being formed concavely.
