PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work capability control system that performs control for optimizing capability of an operator in consideration of the capability possessed by the operator.SOLUTION: A calculation section numerically converts capability possessed by a subject and numerically converts the capability required by the subject for implementation. Accordingly, a required capability value and a possessed capability value can be compared. Further, as a result of the comparison, the calculation section modifies information contents outputted from an actuator section so as to eliminate excess/deficiency, in the case that excess/deficiency exists for the possessed capability value with regard to the required capability value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
