PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing device for a packing box, which makes glass bottles 96 housed by being juxtaposed in a horizontal state within the packing box.SOLUTION: A plurality of retainer plates 63 are juxtaposed within a packing box, and each glass bottle is held by the retainer plate 63. A mouth part 97 of the glass bottle 96 is housed in a U-shaped notch 80 that is formed in a V-shaped protrusion 73 of the retainer plate 63. A bottom-side outer peripheral part of the glass bottle 96 is held by being pressed by pressing protrusions 93 on both the sides of the retainer plate 63.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
