The present invention relates to an apparatus to prevent erroneous detection of a welding part, comprising: a welding unit forming a welding part by welding a rear of a preceding coil and a front of a following coil; and a marking unit installed to be spaced from the welding unit in a predetermined distance. Moreover, the marking unit forms a marking part which is parallel to the welding part. As such, erroneous detection of the welding part is able to fundamentally be prevented using the marking part placed within a predetermined distance from the welding part.
